Our Clear Protein Refresher contains 45mg of caffeine per serving, which is considered a light caffeine boost. For comparison, that’s about half the caffeine of a typical cup of coffee, so it’s designed to give you a gentle lift without feeling too jittery.

There is approximately 170mg per serving of magnesium citrate. We use a highly absorbable form of magnesium (magnesium citrate) to support overall electrolyte balance.
